1. The AresVPN service

These terms cover AresVPN, an Android VPN service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Support contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].

AresVPN provides an encrypted VPN connection and location choices through its Android app. It does not require a traditional AresVPN email/password registration for the Android subscription flow. Your device, Android settings, internet connection and selected protocol can affect functionality.

2. Sparta and Olympus

Sparta: $5/month, up to 5 simultaneous devices. Everyday VPN protection with the core features described on the Plans page.

Olympus: $15/month, up to 15 simultaneous devices. Everything in Sparta, plus Dedicated IP, Tracker & Ad Blocker and Port Forwarding.

Prices on this website are in US dollars. Review the final offer, currency, taxes where applicable, billing frequency and payment terms displayed by Google Play before confirming a subscription.

3. Free trials and recurring billing

A Sparta trial provides the full Sparta plan. An Olympus trial provides the full Olympus plan. The trial duration, eligibility and any payment requirements are determined and displayed by the Google Play offer. The website does not set an additional trial period or cancellation deadline.

When the accepted Google Play offer provides automatic conversion, the free trial converts to the selected paid subscription unless canceled in accordance with that offer. Paid subscriptions renew and are billed through Google Play until canceled under the applicable subscription terms.

Review the Google Play confirmation before you accept. A free trial is not a permanently free plan.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Manage cancellation through Google Play: open Payments & subscriptions, select Subscriptions, choose AresVPN and follow the cancellation instructions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

Cancellation, remaining access and any refund request are subject to the applicable Google Play terms and mandatory law. These terms do not promise an additional money-back guarantee or waive any statutory remedy.

5. Locations, speed and streaming

VPN location choices can change as the network evolves. The app shows the locations available when you connect. A particular country, city or IP address is not promised to remain available indefinitely.

Performance depends on factors including your device, protocol, distance, internet connection and network conditions. Streaming services control access to their platforms and catalogs. AresVPN does not guarantee permanent access to any particular streaming service or content library.

P2P support is for lawful use. You remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to access or share content.

6. Premium feature limitations

Dedicated IP: A consistent address reserved for you can support services that need an identifiable connection. It does not guarantee access to third-party services or anonymity and may make activity easier to associate across sessions.

Tracker & Ad Blocker: Filtering helps reduce supported ads and tracking connections. It cannot block everything and does not guarantee protection against all harmful content.

Port Forwarding: Incoming access can expose your applications to external connections. You are responsible for enabling only necessary ports, keeping reachable software updated and applying appropriate access controls.

7. Acceptable use and service protection

Use AresVPN lawfully and within your plan allowance. Do not use it for unauthorised access, malware distribution, fraud, harassment, unlawful content sharing, attacks on networks or interference with the service. Do not evade device allowances or abuse subscription entitlements.

Proportionate security and anti-abuse controls may be used to protect the service. Material abuse may result in restriction, suspension or termination, subject to applicable law. Notice and an opportunity to resolve issues should be provided where appropriate; urgent action may be necessary for an immediate security risk. Statutory consumer remedies remain available.

8. Dependencies, changes and responsibility

AresVPN depends on Android, Google Play, internet connectivity and technical services outside its sole control. Outages, maintenance and compatibility changes can affect availability. No uninterrupted operation, complete anonymity or absolute security is promised.

A VPN does not prevent every form of tracking, fraud or device compromise. Continue using secure passwords, software updates and safe browsing practices.

Features or service delivery may change, with notice and any cancellation or other rights required by law for material changes. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

AresVPN branding, artwork, website content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your subscription permits use of the service under these terms; it does not transfer ownership. Do not reproduce or misuse protected materials except as permitted by law or written permission.

10. Privacy and public-IP check

The Privacy Policy explains VPN privacy, limited operational information, subscription identifiers and your data rights. The website's public-IP check displays connection information visible to websites; it is not a security diagnosis or proof that a device is compromised.

11. Governing law and changes to these terms
